- Replacement of sheaves / motor / stand bearings for car and counter-weight for various job sites in Singapore.
- Replacement of main sheaves and main hoisting ropes for various job sites in Singapore ( more than 150 units of lifts per year )
- Dismantle and re-install damaged hoisting motor include sending motor to workshop for rewinding.
- Replacement of wire ropes.
- Milling works to sheaves central bore to house in new bearings…….etc.
- Replacement / Repair of damaged / Dented landing door panels (include heavy duty doors e.g. Peelle doors ) and include panel beating and spray painting works.
- Replacement of escalator steps, chains, handrails, overhaul of escalators and include spray painting works to escalator steps.
- Installation of escalator safety brushes for various major commercial building in Singapore.

- J-Tech Park comprising of 5 blocks with total of 72 units of lifts.
- Capital Tower comprising of 8 units of escalators and 43 units of lifts include double decker lifts.
- G-JTC Batch 1 to 5 comprising of 65 units of Passenger lift and 10 units of Good lifts.
- 112 Middle Road comprising of 5 units of Passenger lift and 2 units of Service lift.
